Pros: Customer message Board, Great Support, Easy of Use
Cons: None that I can think of.
The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a host that has great uptime, great support, and has a great price. Lunarpages is for you.

LunarPages became my Window of opportunity to move onto a scripting language such as PHP since my old host didn't support this type of scripting.
After seeing lots of good reviews about LunarPages and about their uptime and customer support. I decided to take the dive.
After the first few days I knew LunarPages would be my host for the next few years till I needed to move onto something bigger if it would ever come up.
LunarPages offers many features such as scripting languages and tons of bandwidth and web space. They're always adding new features and upping the amount of bandwidth or storage each account gets.
Just recently they upped their Shuttle Plan from 1000 MB of disk space to 3000 MB of Disk Space.
The only down time I ever experienced with them was when they were moving their data center to a larger area which was only for a few minutes and when they are restarting the server due to regular maintenance or server upgrades.
The server software is always kept up to date also and the LunarPages technical support team always does testing on new software and upgrades before launching it on all the servers.
Customer Support is also great, The last time I contacted support I got a response within an hour, but they have also recently improved their support team and I hear that tickets get answered within about 15 minutes of the customer or end-user submitting it. Each representative I have talked to has been friendly and has been willing to explaining each detail while something was being fixed and or while I was trying to add something to my website.
LunarPages also has a forum located at http://www.lunarforums.com/ where customers or future customers can come and just chat or request help or even offer help to other customers.
I would recommend this host to anyone whom is wanting a great place to host their website weather it be a business website or a personal based website.
