Here is my story of ordering camcorder at wawadigital. I did not jut ordered the camcorder the moment I saw it had the lowest price among others. I did my homework and read some of the reviews at http://www.shopcartusa.com/wawadigital/Details/Page_7/#reviews. All the latest reviews were giving this store 1 point but the average was pretty high which made me confused, so I thought let's try it. I ordered the camera on Friday and started to wait. But I got the message that I need to call to confirm my order. That was a surprise, so I checked the order and it was saying that I need to call them - my mistake. The store was supposed to work on Sunday - I called 3 times at different time and it did not work. So I called on Monday, I am talking to the guy, he is saying we need to confirm the shipping because of a lot of frauds. I thought this was good - security. But that was not the reason. He started to tell me that I needed to buy another battery for this camcorder. I remembered that I have seen that on one of the review, so I told him that I have 2 minutes, please proceed with the order or cancel it. So he called me names and said that I had to apologize or he will cancel my order and charge the restocking fee on it. I said "Ok I am sorry, but you have to apologize for calling me names". He hung up. I called again and asked for the supervisor on duty. The guy said: "I do not have time for this" and hung up again. I called the third time and asked about supervisor. The guy told me they did not have one. Buy he did take my name and supposedly canceled my order. We will wait and see. This the first time in US I was called names and was threatened by a clerk to charge my credit card without a reason.
