Delivery took more than 2 weeks, then there was no place in the laundry room for the whole door to open. the delivery person just left it there knowing that the door is not going to open it, he asked us to call the builder of whirlpool. It took another week to put the washer in such a way that we can open the door. Then when i finally tried to run an empty load as instructed in the booklet came with that. It just doesn't work, it kept showing me F11 with constant beep. I called whirlpool, they gave couple of call servicing company numbers and those people don't pickup the phones at all. Now all I can do is to scream HELP.
