10 months and 15,000 miles. At 14,000 I took it in for brakes for the fourth time. The defective navigation system was also replaced as was the defective backup sonar. There is still no resolution to the intermittent cruise control problems, and drivers seat/steering wheel not returning to position.
About 60-65% of the rattles and squeaks have been solved as well as the groaning/grinding sound that come from the ventilation system when it changed modes. I have decided to let the flaws in the paint go as I have concerns about the long term durability of touchup paint.
My friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors all think I am nuts as the vehicle qualifies twice over under the California Lemon Law. Even if I were to get an attorney, spend the time and resources to fight Nissan/Inifinti the most I could get would be another QX56 and I would be right back where I started. It does not take a lot of research to find that the problems are shared by the Armada, Titan, and even the final Canton MS stablemate, the Quest.
