Their web site states that all 'In Stock' orders are shipped next business day - NOT TRUE! I had to call them almost a week later to find out where my order (paid 2-day shipping) was because their 'order tracking' never updates an order - so you are left completely uninformed. When I called them to inquire - a message machine. When I tried to inquire through online chat - it was turned off. They did leave a message the next day - but I had to call a long distance number (NOT Toll-free) to find out my order actually was out of stock - and THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW THIS until I inquired! They charged me in full, even though the order was not even shipped! This was a Mother's Day gift and I had to find out the Friday before that I would not have a gift for my Mother, and now have to find one at the very last minute.
There are MANY other places to shop on the internet - Please, if you really care about your order and service, go somewhere (Anywhere!) else. Look at their return policy as well - not very customer friendly. The customer service rep was trying to convince to buy something else, even though I repeatedly stated I wanted my credit card refunded. I couldn't get the rep off the phone - adding even more to my long distance charges.
