I ordered flowers as a gift for my mom several days before Mother's Day 2005. I spent about $60 on what I thought was a nice arrangement. Delivery was to be on Saturday or Sunday (Mother's Day).

One thing that they do not mention is that they can deliver as late as 7:00 P.M. Hey guys, it's called Mother's DAY for a reason. Well, by 7:30 on mother's day their local florist still had not delivered. My mom was stuck waiting for these flowers to arrive, instead of having a nice meal out and then they never showed up. My sister ordered through FTD.com on Saturday, and they still showed up.

Great, thanks for making me look like an idiot 1800flowers!
