I was expecting worse after reading the reviews here. They had an excellent price for the camera, and I was suspicious. However, I received my order without too much trouble. However, they require you to confirm your order. An online business should not need to confirm orders on a regular basis, just when there's something suspicious. They should also not try so hard when it comes to accessories. A good way to go would be to suggest accessories on the website after the camera is in your cart. The accessory description should make it clear why you may need it. For this camera, I definitely needed a big memory card and an extra battery. However, I bought those separately because with price comparison websites, you can often find a store that is having a sale.
