The monitor arrived with scratches and mars on the screen, and unable to focus properly at any resolution, even with convergence settings tweaked. It was claimed that it was factory refurbished to be like new, but there's no way it could have passed any real inspection.
Bad refurbished monitor that claimed to be like-new: $170
Round-trip shipping cost (non-refundable): $135
Net refund from returning it: $35
I think I'll just keep it as an emergency spare.
I would not recommend anyone buy from them, as they cannot guarantee the quality of the monitors and the shipping cost makes returns almost useless.
