The information I received from customer service prior to ordering online was not accurate. The customer service rep, while very pleasant, was only able to tell me that "the book ships with everything its supposed to have, directly from the publisher". The book did not include the "extras" (a study guide & a CD) that were supposed to be packaged with it. The return was handled promptly, however, I ended up paying shipping in both directions. I probably won't order from this site again since I can't get accurate information before I order.
