unreliable - the price isn't low enough for the hassle

I used a comparison shopping page to find the best price for an item. I placed an order for a PS2 game, "Ratchet and Clank" with BestPrices since their price and shipping cost seemed the lowest - should have known! Their web page as well as the email confirmation I received indicated that I ordered "Ratchet and Clank" - supposedly the PS2 game. After 10 days (expected 4-5 days shipping), I received "Ratchet and Clank: Up your Arsenal Strategy Book" - not the game I ordered and not even the right book for the game I wanted. I first emailed them about it, then, after receiving no response for a couple of days, tried the customer service on-line chat (it did not work). Finally I called and explained the situation. I was told that I could return the book and they would refund the price paid but not the shipping cost. I thought they should refund the entire amount since it was their web page in error, but they claim that their records indicate that it shows as a book. I offered to send them copies of my confirmation emails, but they declined, saying it didn't matter what I had - their webpage NOW showed the item I ordered as a book. In reality their webpage no longer shows the item I ordered AT ALL!
I feel they cheated me and refused to take responsibility for their products and their on-line store. I would never buy from them again and urge all potential patrons to be VERY careful about using them. The 10% negative response they have received from various review sites is probably accurate - just hope you aren't that 10th customer!
