Dead Pixels and Hot pi (Reply to this comment)

You wrote: "ViewSonic has a pretty poor dead pixel policy, so you should keep that in mind as you weigh the benefits of this monitor. According to Newegg.com (where I bought this for $659) the dead pixel policy is a replacement or refund for 8 or more dead pixels."
But ... have you seen any? (Or did I miss that fact in your review?) Well, I have not seen any dead pixle, but there are three hot pixels in my VP201s. (see www.epinions.com/content_170720792196#pixel for details)
By the way, the official policy is: "ViewSonic sets limits on 20" & greater LCD's at 10 bright sub-pixels, 10 dark sub-pixels, or a combination of 10." ... the key is the display size and implied high resolution. (Note the definition "sub-pixel"!)
