I had been searching for a certain tervis tumbler pattern for a long time and had no luck finding it as my mom has an older set. I called the toll free number and reached someone right away - I was really surprised as a lot of sites don't let you call them and never respond to email. The person I spoke with told me he would get a hold of tervis to see if there was anything that could be done. Within about 15 minutes, not only had cooking toys called me back, but they told me that they found the pattern even though it was discontinued. They not only could have it made specially for me but they could get it for me in whatever size tumbler I needed with no extra cost for finding the old picture. This was a gift for my mom that I thought was a lost cause but cooking toys came through for me. Not only did I pick up more of the size she already had, but I picked up another size while I was at it. They even went so far to have some extra patches sent to me so that if we want to have more made in the future we can just send them in and have them made. Way above and beyond if you ask me.
The icing on the cake was when the tumblers showed up a week after I had ordered them, even though they were a special order. Thank you cooking toys for saving the day for me and really surprising my mom. I since ordered again and got the item even faster this time – got a shipment notice from UPS the day it shipped.
