I got @Home a few years ago and I love it.

@Home has mostly been very fast. One time, though, I had lost my connection for almost a month. After that, it was fine.

A few good things about @Home:

- it's very fast
- always connected
- reliable service
- modem is small and stylish
- efficient tech-support
- easy installation
- easy to use start page
- 5 free e-mail addresses/web-space
- free games
...and more.

And now, a few problems:
- not as safe as phone line
- expensive service
- expensive installation

Above all, I think @Home Internet is amazing. I recommend it for everybody.
