The best way to go is to get a players club card! Even if you don't gamble, Harrah's sends club members invitations for reduced rates--even free week-nights. The last time I visited Harrah's I stayed on a Friday night in a luxurious room for about $40.00. I even got 2 for 1 show tickets to Rain. (The fake Beatles as I call them) My girlfriend and I saw Rain for $25.00. The show was fabulous. The room with the view of Lake Tahoe was splendid. The rooms are clean and classy. They have 2 bathrooms with TV sets in each bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet (though a bit pricey) was expansive with too many great things to eat. The choice to gamble is yours. There is enough to do if you don't--even joining some free sweepstakes or slot tournaments. We swiped our cards for an entry into an giveaway and got 2 free cases of Coke. We're going back soon!
