PriceritePhoto.com has high quality products with a knowledgeable staff and low, low prices. The kind of service one expects at the shop in their hometown with the pricing and selection of a competitive big city store.
Anyone can look good when everything is going right. The test of a company is when there are hitches in the process. My hitch was handled quickly and efficiently. There was no blaming anyone nor excuses. The follow up phone call to make sure I was informed of the resolution to the glitch confirmed to me, and more importantly to my wife, that PriceritePhoto.com is a reputable and trustworthy company. I was most impressed and will gladly recommend PriceritePhoto.com to my associates, friends and family.
I am not sure that a phone call was necessary to complete this order, but I did receive one. While there was an opportunity to "value enhance" my order, I felt no pressure to do so. I had spent several weeks shopping the internet and evaluating products and companies, therefore I was knowledgeable of the price of the add-ons and received an offer that moved me to make the purchases I was planning to make about thirty days sooner than I had planned. I felt good stewardship was to act upon the opportunity to save an additional sum. My experience has been a money saving, pleasant one. I like that!
