Cons: Cupholder is a waste of space (but a good MP3 holder).
The Bottom Line: Still to be determined, but I'm thinking that I would definitely recommend as an alternative to some of the competitors on the market.

Wow, I can't believe I'm the first to comment. I shall be brief as I've owned the car for 3 days, but I wanted to give an initial thought or two.
INITIAL IMPRESSIONS - First off, for any of you Florida readers, this wasn't the greatest weekend for an auto purchase of this nature as it rained most of the weekend. Wet pavement didn't leave much room for handling, but from what I've experienced overall between wet and dry handling, this car is a dream. Nimble, quick and agile. I love how it feels on corners, especially taking one of those almost 360 degree on ramps. No skidding here.
I've owned 2 Honda CRX's which loved corners, but now that I'm in this, I can't remember when I've had the pleasure that I'm now experiencing. I have the limited coupe, so I've got the upgraded sound system as well as the trim on the outside. System sounds marvelous even when cranked up. I've yet to get it to distort, which is a good thing. I was skeptic about another factory system as that was an issue in my Sebring, but all of those concerns were put to rest here.
The car is black w/ black leather interior. Pretty nice to look at in the moonlight and I get all kinds of glares at the car wash (have been there 3 times in 4 days. 'Anal' is an understatement here.) On the roadways, the same looks are to be had, even by other roadster owners from Europe. I'm hoping this weekend is a little drier so that I can cruise around town and see what types of reactions I can get.
I'll post more after I've had some time behind the wheel, but if ownership reflects these few days, you can be assured of nothing but praise for the Mercedes-built American roadster.
