The smile is for this..I finally helped myself to a few off the service cart parked in the hall-way which remedied that situation. You are a lady after my own heart... I love those carts..:)
The frown is for the garbage...I guess it's still a third world country after all...
Sounds like a great hotel though and so does that tour.
Enjoyed reading this as I always do.
