I ordered a Sony Cybershot DSC-T33 digital camera through Ebay. I ordered it Monday and expected it by Thursday. I paid extra for two day Fed Ex shipping. I wanted the camera by Friday as I was leaving for a weekend trip. I got a confirmation email on Wednesday indicating I would get a follow up email when the order shipped. I did not realize Price Rite Phote was closed on Monday 6/13 and Tuesday 6/14 until I went to their website and saw it was posted. I contacted a cust svc support rep on Thursday morning. The rep informed me that she noticed I paid for two day and assumed I needed it before the week was up. She informed me that the package would ship out that day and the she had upgraded the shipping to overnight. I would have it on Friday at no extra cost to me. I very surprised and pleased. I did not mention to her any of my plans for the weekend or that I really wanted the camera by Friday. I just called in for the status of my order. Needless to say, I received the camera on Friday and am now able to take it with me on my weekend trip
