I just returned from a trip to Mii Amo Spa in Sedona Arizona. I will note that I made this trip alone as a single woman and it was perfect for me.
The setting is beautiful near the Enchantment Resort. I purchased the 4 day spa package. The package included 3-90 minute spa treatments and 5-60 minute spa treatments.
My stay started with a relaxing massage that was perfect just before my bedtime. I had the Cranial massage, Reiki, Mii Amo Spirit, Jojoba/Shea Body Wrap, Facial, Shiatsu and Detox Body Wrap during the remainder of my visit.
Each treatment was absolute perfection. The spiritual treatments were different than standard massage and were more subtle. I enjoyed them but I imagine that they are not for everyone.
The spa is clean. The rooms are clean. The food is divine with perfect presentation. The staff works hard to make your stay special.
The details were handled from the beginning to the end of my trip. The staff is excellent. If you have time it would be wise to make your reservation early so they can tailor the treatments to your needs.
