When brought the GX had a idea what was getting since
have a 2005 4 Runner Limited. Many are saying they are
close to the same, well not really. You get allot more
stuff for the price difference. By the time you Fully load
a 4 Runner its not cheap at all, brought one.
The Lexus ride and quietness is far above the limited
have. Lexus seating is more comfortable and leather
has a much softer feel. The power tilt and telescope
wheel is a big plus for me as is the side opening rear
door. Your also getting rain sensing wipers, full
time 4WD. As for mileage its the same as my 2WD limited
V8, no change. The rear seats will be out soon, I
didnt order them on the 4 runner but the Lexus was a
lot unit. What is behind the driver seat is of little
concern for me so not a good reviewer of rear seats, dont
haul people.
The interior wood and dash layout is much nicer to
view, which is another plus in my book. Having all
the lock unlock on the key is nice along more functions.
The vehicle has better interior lighting. Had to change
out the runners low beams lamps to brighter units.
Just ordered a bluetooth phone, that might be a nice
feature the 4 runner does not have. Sure Lexus has more
tech specs that a more off roader will discuss.
