WORST experience EVER - Jackson,WY location

I rented a car for a week in Jackson Hole WY. This was the worst choice for a rental company I've ever made - I don't know if this is relevant for just this one location or it's like this in every city but it seems now this company has quite a few bad reviews. My experience:
1. Location much further from the airport then described.
2. Slow service.
3. I got a tiny(smaller then a dime) scratch in the windshield from a stone on the road and they wanted to charge me over 670 dollars to repair it. This is ABSURD given the size of a scratch - not even a ding.
4. The service when I returned the car was RUDE and aggressive.
5. They filed a claim that included loss of use for three days(in addition to claiming that it costs twice as much to repair the windshield that they will never of course replace as it actually does) plus of course administrative fees.
6. They refused to provide fleet record use to help my insurance cover this ridiculous claim preffering to charge me directly.
As I said I don't know if this is true for every branch of Dollar Rent a Car, but my experience was horrible compared to the many other times I've rented cars from other companies. The few dollars you save in this case are definitely not worth the risk of having such horrible service!
