I've never had a bad experience with Best Buy.com.

I have purchased several items through Best Buy.com, including small items such as CDs or DVDs and also large-ticket items such as a computer and a digital video camera. I'm pleased to say that I have never had a bad experience with the site. I have utilized the in-store pick-up option without any flaws and have also had items shipped to my doorstep. Items arrived in an extremely timely manner and under most circumstances I received the free shipping option when the items were delivered.
With my disdain for actually stepping into one of their stores due to the massive congestion I usually encounter, particularly on the weekends, it's a pleasant alternative to sift through and buy from Best Buy's vast electronics selection online. I find that I can easily view items, sort them in a variety of methods, and easily apply any discounts that I may have through the checkout process.
While Best Buy.com does nothing to revolutionize online shopping, it is a very comfortable, accessible site that makes the entire shopping and ordering process simple and enjoyable.
