Pros: A rugged phone body. I've dropped it a few times and it works fine.
Cons: Nokia needs to make a better ear piece jack that is not fragile.
The Bottom Line: Nokia can make a great phone if they fix a few problems they have.

I'm a heavy cell phone user with a 1200 min. a month package. This phone gets very hot next to your head during long conversations. This phone uses a stub antenna. This model was rated the worst by 20/20 for transmitting radio waves next to your brain.
I've tried the Nokia earpiece handsfree headphone. The input is very fragile and the headset is expensive. The microphone ends up under your chin and results in poor conversation clarity unless you hold it to your mouth.
Aftermarket companies make adapters so you can use the industry standard straight pin commector. Because of the fragile Nokia jack input, the adapters don't last. They snap off and leave you to digging the plastic clips out of the body of the phone.
Nokia needs to conform to the industry standard hands free jack or at the very least design a jack that is not so fragile.
