Forgotten Island may not satisfy purists out there, but casual fans should like this quirky approach.

Thanks, guys. I'm surprised I was able to capture the game so vivdly...

I was just thinking that this game was slammed by NextGen, but like I said, the unique approach makes it worthwhile, and it's cheap. I guess whoever reviewed it over there is one of thos pinball purists.

for such a simple concept of a game. I was able to vicariously see the game through your words, wheras most reviews I read, I often have no idea what kind of game it even is.

sounds fun, i'd play it if it were free!

Pinball! (Reply to this comment)

Interesting (and well-written) review. I've always loved pinball games, but the most important part is the way the ball interacts with the flippers. This was perfect in early games like Pinball Dreams, and also in Pro Pinball (from Timeshock on), so I'll probably test the game before buying it.

(Check out my Kiss Pinball review for an example how NOT to make a pinball game)

Thanks for the information.
