Incompetence beyond belief - A disgrace to the Music Industry !

I have never had a problem with product quality but then that is down to the manufacturer. Sadly Music123's contribution to the equation is woeful. This review is based on approximately 40 transactions with them so this isn't just on a single bad experience. Its dozens of them.
The past 8 months has seen an atrocious level of service firmly establish itself. They just don't seem capable of handling multiple orders. I have a whole folder charting a catalogue of errors by them and it gets fatter with every order. The only plus I can relay is their product pricing especially in the strings and picks department.
These, however, are the areas where Music123 will constantly let you down.
1. Multiple Item Orders: If one item is either, out of stock or not enough stock to fully satisfy your requirement, then your whole order is put on hold. $5 worth of picks can totally screw a $2,000 order.
2. Customer Service: This really depends on who has the communial brain cell when you make your call or email. Believe me these people are so incompetent they will make a comatose amoeba look super intelligent.
3. Shipping: On the whole their shipping is slow and expensive. Be prepared for a long wait and don't ever order from them if you need something in a hurry. The odds of a quick and easy transaction are firmly stacked against you.
4. Response to Queries: They promise to contact you within 48hrs of any questions. Absolute Garbage! You will also find they fail to answer or skip your questions. You usually get a stock stereotype answer. You have to question whether these muppets can actually read.
Thankfully I have now managed to source most of my requirements from proper Musical Instrument and Accessory Suppliers and at far better prices. I buy in bulk and on a regular basis so a few emails normally result in striking a deal that everybody is happy with. Unfortunately I'll still have to come back here for a few items. That means camping out on the keyboard ready to send abusive emails, a task that is sadly all too familiar where Muppets123 are concerned.
