The only problem that I had with Advancemart was that I couldn't talk to someone. I had questions about a few of the different options for solar chargers, but because I wasn't able to call and talk to anyone, I'm not sure I made the best choice. Email is helpful, but it's not always easy or complete when you are limited to learning through impersonal emails. It crossed my mind that the site may have been fake b/c there was no phone number anywhere on it - or on the emails you sent me after I placed my order. However, I was comforted by the many tracking emails you sent.
