The Bottom Line If moshing is your thing and getting entirely into your music works well for you then get the hell to a show!!!
IT was another snowy day in the early spring, standing outside the Utica aud in Utica, ny I kept hoping to myself that this was worth it to stand outside for 3 hours in 5 below weather to watch godsmack/staind. Well it was! Godsmack was on first with an awesome stage show that included everything from a movie of them to spectacular lights and effects! They played many of their new songs and some off the old cd. Including a 20-minute version of "voodoo". IN, which they got the crowd pumped and encouraged the whole floor to become one huge moshpit! Staind came on afterwards and played an awesome show. They didn’t really have much of a stage presence. But arron Lewis showed enough emotion in his songs to last a lifetime! Singing "outside' with just him and his guitar, which made everyone in the crowd cry! It was a sold out show, and if you had went you would of understood. I completely recommend going and watching them if you ever get a chance.  |
