The Bottom Line: Get the Service Agents well trained and informed about the plans . Why does a representative have to go to the supervisor each time I ask them a question?

GET MORE OUT OF LIFE . Well right now I am getting a lot less out of my life as I have to spend a lot of time with Voice Stream Customer Care Representatives to correct Billing errors . You expect that an error will be corrected after you call them up once , maybe twice but how about
four times .
Well let me explain my plan . I took the $39.99 Plan On which I get 500 whenever minutes in the great lake area and 2000 anywhere weekend minutes . I signed up for America Toll free for $6.99 to make my 500 Whenever minutes to anywhere in North America.
In all the bills that have come I have been charged for long distance. I had to call Voice Stream up to get the charges removed . Each time they promised me that it wont occur again and believe it or not each time it reoccurs .I am getting really frustrated .
