I had received poor customer service in the past, and was often ignored when sending in requests for service. When I changed to Spirit Offshore Hosting I found out what good customer service is supposed to be like. Even though they don't offer phone support, when I send an e-mail request, it is most often answered within 10 minutes to one hour.
They always show integrity and are courteous to me, and I am never ignored like what was happening in my previous situation. They help me feel like I'm really appreciated as a customer. This is the type of customer service I've read about that should be happening, but have a hard time finding.
I'm really impressed with their products packages, their reasonable prices, and by the references to other high quality privacy products and services. I can tell by these actions that they are truly concerned about my success in offshore business.
I can't imagine going back to the way I had it with my webhost before, and I didn't realize before customer service could be this good. It is like a breath of fresh air. I'm staying here!
