Great All-around Service

Pros: The customer service is great and I don't pay for services I don't need.
Cons: No Telnet access, but they are good about assisting in areas where I need access.

... that customer service is a component many online companies seem to forget these days, and it's important that you mention it.
However, I also expected other details. You mention product packages and high quality services... such as...?
