I placed an order for a monitor. The site said I could check online to get a tracking number, but it only said that they had sent it off to the shipper. Same message the next 3 days. Then the message changes to say it was back-ordered. So they sold me something they didn't have in stock.
Luckily I was not charged, and they promptly canceled the order once I called them. Still however, I have lost 4 days without being able to use our computer when I could have ordered from someone else who had the monitor in stock. Thus I do not plan to order from Tiger Direct ever again.
