I have shopped HSN many, many times. At first it's a little hard to get, but then you get used to it. This is like any other store. If your product breaks 6 months down the road blame the maker, not the seller. Who else is going to take it back? No matter where I shop, if my product comes with a product registration I send it in because THEY made it & they should fix it. People need to learn the difference between manufacturing and retail. One makes it & the other sells it. You don't take your can opener back to sears if it breaks in 6 months ya call rival or whoever. I got a Roomba from HSN & I love it. It broke down twice and twice iRobot sent me a brand new one (I sent in my registration). I never even considered taking it back to HSN what can they do for me, give me my money back? I didn't want that, I wanted a working Roomba. I don't blame the seller I blame the maker. I've been in retail long enough to know that most of the time, both the consumer & seller get burnt when an item is inferior and from a retailers point of view it is really embarassing! I have found that HSN customer service can be very helpful although I don't think they really have much authority on some issues and they seem to have alot of computer problems. I feel they always try their best but it seems that they have little control. I have purchased some jewerly and got what I paid for. Imitations, some that last, some that don't, can't really complain there. The web site is difficult. seems they need to step up and revamp. all in all I give HSN a score of 4 out of 5. Do your research & shop smart.
