Pros:Wheel feels nice, 4-programable buttons with two shift levers
Cons:Base is not real sturdy, pedals are flimsy and dont have a realistic feel
The Bottom Line: Nice feel of the wheel, and it's force feedback will throw you around quite nicely, but dont expect the same quality from the pedals that are included.
I bought this wheel at the same time with Logitech's force feedback joystick. I had been waiting for a good deal, and found one at an online auctionsite. So far I've been very happy with the experience with this wheel.
The feel of this wheel is supurb, a full rubberized grip makes this wheel very attractive compared to the bare plastic feel of many of the other forcefeedback wheels on the market. It also gives you a bit better grip when the force throws you around.
The wheel has 4 programable buttons near center of the wheel, similar to most automobile wheels, along with a shift lever on each side, which makes for easier shifting in games (if you dont use the autoshift feature in most games).
Included in the package is a pedal setup, although you wont find then very usefull, because they aren't very sturdy. Use the pedal for gas, but dont expect much more out of them. Also the two pedals are pretty flimsy, so dont plan on throwing them around much, unless you want to pull out the superglue.
The software packaged with the wheel is the same as that packaged with their joysticks, and other accessories, which works nicely because you wont have to install any additional software if you buy other Logitech products.
