Our purchase was through Wirefly aka Inphonic. We ordered 2 phones, family plan, Verizon. We received the phones with lightning speed. Credit check, activation, and delivery all within three days. He is where the hell begins. Just as almost every reported complaint on this company..CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is totally nonexhisting..I mean email them? Why they never respond..I mean never 3 emails no response. Our problem was not a monitary issue, we simply had received 2 phones on a family plan, my husband programmed his phone with no glitches, mine was a different story. They programmed my husbands phone and never programmed mine, we made 21 phone calls over a 7 day period. We were in reaching a customer rep only 1 time, and she said sorry..and that it would take upto 48 hours to activate the second line, as FURIOUS as I was, I was still very cordial and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The 48 hours came and went and my phone was never activated, in fact Verizon had never even received an order, Wirefly basically said f..you! After realizing that there is absolutely no hope in getting any help what so ever from Wirefly we started calling Verizon. They are trying so hard to clear the issues Wirefly had created and so quickly abandoned. Punch line... They are totally screwed up and should not be in business. Please if you are considering them, try contacting customer service first, if you can even find their phone number on their website, it is very well concealed. If and when you decide to call them instead of saying that you are a new customer seeking service, tell them you are an exhisting customer, this will give you every single answer you are looking for.
