The 10 best Vampire Movies EVERJul 30 '01 Write an essay on this topic.The Bottom Line Wish they had a horror catagory......... I decided to make this list because vampire films have always been the best horror movies. Because what would be something scarier than something thats so evil, immortal to an extent, and can turn you or your friends into one of its evil kind? NOTHING, that makes it a b*tchen thing to make a movie about.....Heres my top 10, in no particullar order until the top 3! ---Interview With the Vampire--- Great acting and casting. It was one of teh first movies to show a child side of vampires that few have seen in movies sense Salem's Lot". Fear factor - 7/10 Plot - 9/10 Enjoyment Level - 9/10 ---Salem's Lot--- Showed vampires with a human side and feelings, a very good book by the way :) Fear Factor - 10/10 (ITS F*CKING SCARY) Plot - 9/10 Enjoyment Level - 9/10 ---Bordello Of Blood--- Of course it was comedy, didn't do too good in theators and was all around not the best movies in the world, it did show a new look on how vampires might have to go about getting blood without being noticed so it made my top ten! Fear Factor - 2/10 Plot - 2/10 Enjoyment Level - 10/10 ---Origional DRACULA--- The movie that started it all, man what a classic. The visual effects wern't that good, but it did have a good origional plot based on old myths and tales...they also added soem extra sh*t to make the famed Dracula easier to kill. Overall it was the origional, so how in the hell could it not make it on here? Fear Factor - 5/10 Plot - 9/10 Enjoyment Level - 7/10 ---Nosferatoe--- Don't think I spelled that right, but its a silent movie classic. It had the best special effects for its time. It was quite a feat indeed for the time before Star Wars lol. Fear factor - 4/10 (Back then mabey but not here for me!) Plot - 9/10 Enjoyment Level - 6/10 ---The Crow--- MOVIE BUFFS do NOT get mad at me, I know he wasn't a vampire but he was close enough to one lol. I consider him in the same ship with some of these other movies so I put this here. When I title the movie im talking about the entire series not just the first, because they were all good! Fear Factor - 7/10 Pot - 7/10 Enjoyment Level - 7/10 ---Buffy the Vampire SlayR--- Gave the movie a GIRL POWER feel taht brought girls into vampire horror movies always a good thing. Great acting great make up the WORKS! Fear factor - 8/10 Plot - 9/10 Enjoyment Level - 9/10 3) From Dawn Til Dusk (entire series) Gave an entire different look into vampire life and culture almost, like no other movie, a must watch for horror lovers! Has alot of known faces also you'll love it! 2) Blade I guess I just like the newer aproach to Vampire movies than what they have done before! This was a great movie where a guy actually faces an invunerable vampire, but i wont give the plot away! Blade was a comic before becoming a movie, I think Marvel, but don't quote me on that! lol Fear Factor - 9/10 Plot - 9/10 Enjoyment Level - 10/10 1) Dracula 2000 This movie sinked trough the cracks of most horror movie go'ers. It has a GREAT reason why Dracula hates what he hates and is what he is, and the DVD is GREAT, A MUST HAVE BUY IT SEE IT OR WHAT EVER!
