Pros: New brands of Pine-Sol have an appreciative floral scents
Cons: Pine-Sol has a highly overpowering scent. Discontinued use to Pine-Sol Orange, etceteras
The Bottom Line: Pine-Sol's powerful deodorizing smell is ideal for the sanitation of public restrooms, and bathrooms.
However, my personal recommendation is for the floral scented brands, like Pine-Sol Orange in the home.

| self41's Full Review: Pine-Sol All Purpose Cleaner And Disinfectant |
I grew up on Pine-Sol; that pine fresh smell in a bottle!
It was what my mother used in our home; naturally, it was I would use in my home, and bought for my cleaner(s).
In terms of my Jamaican and Caribbean culture a cleaner is hereby defined as a helper (janitor, maid, servant).
However, as I get older - I'm forty two, my sense of smell for Pine-Sol has changed, as earliest as in my thirties. After experimenting with other brands, I appreciate the other floral scents along the Pine-Sol brand line.
However, despite my personal preference, I would still recommend Pine-Sol to a friend. That fresh pine smell in a bottle. After all one's sense of taste and smell are so strongly associated that it really is a matter of personality.
As we continue to celebrate this season's festival of lights with Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and a Happy New Year 06, remember that the Christmas tree - from which that Pine-Sol smell is extracted, has a religious significance and was often a symbol of pagan worship in the Bible's Book of the Old Testament.
