This is the first laptop I have purchased, I own a Gateway desktop which I have been happy with, but I did alot of research online about different brands and I decided Dell would be the best deal!
The computer I purchased has a
700 mhz pentium
128 mbs ram
20 gig hard drive
14.1 inch monitor which is standard on the 4000 line
DVD and a floppy which you have the option of changing out which one you will need (one small problem is you can't use both unless you hook one or the other externally)
ethernet card
and a 56k modem I don't use since I have DSL so I have no comments about it!
Let me tell you I LOVE this computer. I have not used my desktop since we bought the Dell. And the size is perfect to take anywhere you need to go and has all the power of a desktop. And the monitor is let me say one of the best I have seen.
If you are wanting exceptional value and a great product check out the Dell's, you won't be sorry!
