I purchase for my home network and personal office use. The often have near the best price and they have always shipped promptly. I am comfortable ordering from ZipZoomFly.com. I like the 2nd Day FedEx shipping that they are including on many items recently. Several times it has been the deciding factor that put them ahead of any others. I can't comment on support since everything has arrived
