Music123 was worst online ordering experience I've ever had. Wasted lots of my time and item never arrived. Item originally was on "2-3 week" shipping status. Got a total of 4 shipping delay emails over 2 month period, each one pushing out the date by weeks. After 2 months, they charged my credit card even though their emails clearly state "Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships from our warehouse". Two weeks later, after discovering the credit charges, I called and was told item was now in stock and would ship after a few MORE weeks. They mentioned a backed-up shipping situation at the warehouse. I requested they refund the credit charges until it actually ships. Instead they gave me a store credit for another "future order" but left the credit card charges in place. On my third call to them they decided it wasn't in stock after all (two previous representatives told me unequivocally that it WAS in stock). I canceled everything and am hoping credit charges will actually get refunded this time without having to open a credit card dispute. Each time I called it was 6-12 minutes of wait time to speak with anybody. Sure I might have saved a few bucks (IF they had actually delivered the product) but is it worth this aggravation?
