Avoid Sears home improvements at all costs! The lack of supervision is astounding!

I recently had a Sears sales person come out to my house to order replacement windows. The actual person they sent to install these windows sat in front of my house for some time before coming inside ( I believe he was getting high), apologizing for having cancelled his appointments all day making them later and later (again, probably getting high.)
Well,this glassy-eyed fool ranted and raved about how he threatened the last customer because the customer didn't feel the installing was done properly and was causing problems for the installer. He then began to smash the windows out of my woodwork with a hammer, chewing up and destroying my beautiful paint job in the process repeating throughout, "she doesn't like me right now (bang, slam) she doesn't like me, she doesn't like me right now" as if he were a psycho. Then he related a story of how he threatened his last girl friend who had broken up with him and how "the boys" don't mess around, whatever that was supposed to mean.
He dialed the Sears phone number on his cell phone and forced me to tell the supervisor on the other end that I was satisfied with his installation which was completely subpar. Even the labels that should have been removed from the glass before final corking and sealing were sealed onto the window. Fearing retaliation from this doofus who had explained that the "boys don't like complaints" I told the supervisor that everything was fine just to get this drug- addled loser out of my home.
After trying to get Sears to send a more responsible person to come out and survey the damage, of course, they alerted the doofus who performed the job-He left a message on my answering machine that he had come back to my house "that evening, when no one was around" and deemed the sealing job sufficient" and that "I shouldn't be calling Sears with complaints about him." After his story earlier about breaking some guys legs over complaints that were made that he found were inappropriate I thought it best to let Sears get away with this less than professional job from some drugged up loser for my own safety!
Would NEVER use them again!
