I would have called the cops. You could also take pictures of his incompetence then sue in small claims for damages. I doubt a Judge would put up with his "attitude" problem. I would have called the police when this idiot called. Sears wouldn't have ducked the police showing up to ask questions. The violent window smashing could give the cops probable cause to tail him then stop and search for drugs.
