I have been with Etrade for over 4 years and have had enough. Their customer support for changing/modifying accounts is HORRIBLE. It has taken me over 2 weeks to get email response for a trade that took them over 2 minutes to process, in which I lost a fair amount of money, and their phone hold times have never been under 45 minutes. I have switched to Scottrade, which I love, and had a local branch up the street from me. I called their 800 number just for fun and a real person answered!
