If you're on 28 heading towards Phoenecia, it's right before you get to there and it's right after the turn-off to go to Woodstock.

a place I want to see when Jude and I visit my youngest daughter who lives in Wycoff, New Jersey.
This is something that would appeal to me far more then he sights of New York City - which I have already seen. You say it is "quirky", but your review is not, and has definitely quirked my interest.
