Very frustrating and dishonest. I was lied to and cheated.

To start I was unable to locate much of anything with their search option. Then I had problems getting their site to accept the order. When it was finally accepted I never received any confirmation until 2 days later when I received an E-mail telling me to call them to confirm the order. When I called it was more of a high pressure marketing scam then an order confirmation. They pressured me to buy over priced accessories and a service contract.I finally agreed to buy a 16 hour battery charger and a rapid charger for only $99.00, then I had to threaten to hang up to conclude the confirmation. When I checked the order again via the Internet they added the $99.00 and a $42.00 standard EN-EL7 battery to the order. I contacted them about this and was lied to once over the phone and once via the E-mail. I had a long struggle to get them to ship the order probably because I told them that they had better not have defrauded me. After 9 days the order was finally shipped and sure enough they sold me a $42.00 battery for $99.00. I had numerous problem with them and intend to write the state´s attorney general´s office about their deception. I will never do business with Price Rite Photo again and will do everything i can to steer others away from making the same mistake.
