Please, save yourself some grief and do not order from them. I placed an order on 8/3. After about 10 days, I started wondering where my order was - I received my original order confirmation e-mail, but nothing else. So I went online to check the status. They CANCELED my ENTIRE order (which was substantial, not just one or two items) and never sent me ANY type of communication to tell me they canceled it or why!
I've tried to contact their customer service center to ask them why they did this and what they planned to do to rectify it, but they refuse to return my e-mails. Can you imagine if it was Christmastime??? Please listen to the reviews here and DON'T give them your business - you will almost certainly end up disappointed and cheated.
