waiting for an order for 11 days...never shipped...because of a "NEW" warehouse operation

I have shopped with Tigerdirect many times before...I was always happy with product, delivery and resolving any issues. I recently ordered a new motherboard and chip bundle and several other upgrades on 11 Aug 2005...The confirmation of the order also had a note attached from Carl Fiorantino, CEO of TD saying that orders may be delayed by 48hrs because of an upgrade to their warehouse. 11 days later, my order still had not shipped, not a single supervisor or other person could tell me when it would ship, although the website continued to show that the order was inprocessing at their warehouse.I called them everyday for a verbal update. What a shame that this company will lose so many customers because of a new warehouse operation they claim was tested 4 times before being brought online. The company that is setting up their warehouse operations should be required to pay dearly for such a massive failure in supply and demand operations. Tigerdirect's reputation is down the toilet.
