Ordered projector and screen on Aug 3rd. Called and canceled the order the next day because the items were not processed yet. They confirmed my cancellation and released the funds they were holding on my debit account. Everything looked perfect. Aug 8th a screen arrived. A neighbor signed for me (what an idiot), so I decided to keep it since I noticed my checking account was charged and I didn't want to deal with the return. I immediately called and complained since I noticed that the projector was still "in process". I canceled the order on the 4th. They told me to just refuse the shipment if it comes. Well on the 24th I received an email notification that the item has shipped. When I checked the UPS tracking it showed that the item was delivered on the 18th. How can something that was shipped the 24th be delivered the 18th? I called today after I noticed that my debit account was charged AGAIN UNAUTHORIZED. They are doing a trace with UPS. I have a feeling that I am screwed out of my money and will never see or hear from Tigerdirect again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
