I had to make reservations for my son's soccer team to attend a tournament in New York (we were on a total shoestring budgetwise). I had been scouring the internet/newspapers/travel agents for deals and found one and directly called cheaptickets. Although they could not book all 16 people on the same flight, they searched other airlines and flights and split the group in two with a 30 minute landing/taking off time (my booking person was SUPER. I have since called them four times with various questions and they answered them very well and were very courteous!
They were upfront with their terms that after the 24 hour waiting period we were stuck with what we ordered! They also informed me to call the airline PRIOR to leaving for the airport to make sure the time was not changed (they gave me the 1-800 number to Delta)..considering the price was 70 bucks less than anything else I had seen, that one call was worth it! I will let you know after our trip in July if everything really went smoothly!
