Their customer service is excellent. I had a black-tie wedding to attend last summer and couldn't find a thing locally. I found a gorgeous taffeta ballgown/sweater combination on their site, and ordered it, only to discover once it arrived that their sizing was off a bit.
They were beyond helpful in returning it, and credited one of the shipping costs for me.
