The Bottom Line: Great for Office/business or even school use.
As said in another review "The iPaq's greatest weakness is also its biggest strength" is all to true.
The IpaQ is really based around simplicity and Reliability. Its a lot like the Vw Beetle and Micro Bus back in the 60's Small, Affordable and Simple to use which If this is what your looking for in a computer than look no more.
GAMERS:
If your a hard core gamer stay away, tho the 810e chipsets 4Mb's of video is fine for less demanding games such as Quake II, Counter Strike, Half Life, Unreal, StarCraft and others in the gender most games seem to be getting bigger and bigger on the video requirements and this is just simply something the IpaQ lacks. (AND IT CANT BE UPGRADED!)
OFFICE/BUSINESS:
However if you get the Ipaq for what it was built for in the first place(unlike me) a Cheap, fast, Reliable, stylish easy to use computer for Office/business use than its one of the better buys out there. And I quote from another Review, "Using the iPaq is no different than any other PC. It ships with Windows2000, and is available with either a Celeron or Pentium III, both at 500MHz, which is plenty for 99% of business computing tasks (word processing, spreadsheets, email and web surfing). The graphics circuitry is integrated into the i810 chipset, which is also adequate, but by no means outstanding."
